Max Phipps


Max was 14 when he was diagnosed with adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) and given 2 years to live. Against all odds, and defying medical explanation, that was 10 years ago.

Life “after” terminal illness brings its own struggles, which Max combats through a proactive mind and positive attitude, and with the support of friends made through ALD Life.

By raising awareness of and supporting research on this condition, ALD Life fight to improve the odds for boys whose lives are tragically cut short by ALD.
